Przenosiny naszej szkoły – wrzesień 2015!

Szanowni rodzice, uczniowie, wolontariusze i przyjaciele naszej szkoły.

Z dumą zawiadamiamy, iż we wrześniu 2015r. Polska Szkoła Przedmiotów Ojczystych im. św. Stanisława Kostki w Manchesterze rozpocznie nowy rok szkolny na terenie Loreto High School. Nowy adres pod którym będą się odbywały sobotnie zajęcia to Nell Lane, Chorlton, Manchester M21 7SW

Szkoła Loreto oddaje nam do dyspozycji nowoczesny budynek wraz klasami, które zapewnią odpowiednie warunki do edukacji dzieci, jak również organizowania wszystkich innych dodatkowych zajęć (apele, akademie, nauka tańca i wiele innych). Przyczyni sie to do zaspokojenia potrzeb edukacyjnych polskiej społeczności w rejonie Greater Manchester.

Wszystkie dodatkowe informacje będą na opublikowane na naszej stronie internetowej jak również za pośrednictwem Facebook’a w sierpniu. Dodatkowo wszyscy rodzicie uczniów, którzy uczęszczają do naszej szkoły otrzymają specjalny pakiet informacyjny podczas uroczystości rozpoczęcia nowego roku szkolnego 12 września 2015 r. Jak co roku po uroczystej mszy św. w kościele Bożego Miłosierdzia w Manchester – dalsza część odbędzie sie w sali parafialnej.

Dodatkowe informacje:
Szkola Loreto mieści sięprzy ulicy Nell lane blisko skrzyżowania z Mauldeth Road West. Obok szkoły zatrzymują się autobusy linii 84,86 i 276. Około 600m od  szkoły znajduje się stacja Metrolinka (linia w kierunku East Didsbury i Manchester Airport).

W porównaniu do starej lokalizacji w St.Bedes nowa szkoła znajduję się około 1.5 mili dalej na południe. Ze względów bezpieczeństwa dzieci i dorosłych, będziemy prosić państwa o parkowanie swoich pojazdów na terenie głównego parkingu przy szkole z wjazdem od ulicy Arrowfield Road. Podobnie jak jest to w zwyczaju w angielskich szkołach, na ulicy Nell Lane będzie obowiązywał zakaz zatrzymywania sie lub parkowania.

Zapewniamy Państwa, że nowa szkoła sprosta Waszym oczekiwaniom. Życzymy udanych wakacji i zapraszamy 12 września na rozpoczęcie roku w kościele p.w. Miłosierdzia Bożego w Manchesterze, a 19 września na pierwsze zajęcia na terenie nowej szkoły.

Dear Parents, Students, Volunteers, and Friends,

We are now able to inform you that from September 2015, the Polish Saturday School will operate from the premises of Loreto High School situated on Nell Lane, Chorlton, Manchester, M21 7SW.

The modern school buildings and classroom provide the ideal environment for teaching, learning and other activities, also to allow the school to develop and address the needs of the children and young people of Polish heritage in the Great Manchester area.

Additional information will be provided on our school website and facebook page in August, and all parents of children and young people who are attending the school will receive an information pack on the 12^thSeptember at the official start to the school year. This will take the form of a school mass at the Polish Church and followed by the inauguration event at the Polish Parish Church Hall.

The Loreto High School is situated on Nell Lane close to its junction with Mauldeth Road West. Buses 84 and 86 stop on Nell Lane. Buses 84, 86 and 276 stop on Mauldeth Road West. The Metrolink service to East Didsbury and Manchester Airport stops at St Werburgh’s Road which is around 600m away.

The new school premises are 1.5 miles (approx. 2 km) from our previous site at St. Bedes. From St. Bede’s continue on Alexandra Road South to its junction with Mauldeth Road West. Turn right onto the dual carriage way and continue to the junction with Nell Lane. Turn left onto Nell lane and Loreto High School is about 100m on the left.

The main entrance to the new school premises is on Nell Lane, but in the interests of safety, we ask parents who drop off their children to turn left into Arrowfield Road just past the main school building and then enter the main car park at the rear of the school, through the second set of gates.

We are sure that you will be pleased with this news and excited about the new facilities. We wish you all a pleasant vacation and look forward to seeing you on 12^th September at the Polish Church and on the 19^thSeptember at our new location.
